A note from Mike Worswick, CEO of Wolfe's Camera
Real pictures and the people behind them have always been the root of Wolfe's business. In 1923, my uncle Harold B. Wolfe founded our company by taking commercial photos. Most of my Uncle Harold's photos were shot on 8x10 film. He would hand sign his negatives in black ink and after the pictures were printed his name became white, a consistent feature throughout his work. Harold's handwritten name on each photo is a reminder of the real person behind the photo and behind Wolfe's Camera.
Today, Wolfe's helps photographers across the country make better photos by providing equipment, accessories, and educational opportunities to improve their photos. Our staff loves photography, both the technology and the art. Our current team has accumulated over 500 years of experience in photography. When you shop at Wolfe's, you are buying from people with a passion for making pictures, a passion that my Uncle Harold instilled in the heart of our business.
This small gallery starts with some early photos by Harold B. Wolfe and continues with images from Wolfe's staff and customers…the real people that makes Wolfe's a unique place. We'd love to share your pictures and talents! To share a picture with us, please send a high-resolution file to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and contact information along with the photo. We want to share the love of photography with everyone, so please note that submitting your photo means it might appear on our website, Facebook page, or somewhere else where it can be admired!
Wolfe's: Real Place. Real People. Real Pictures.
Sincerely, Mike Worswick
