  3. How late can I order for next day deliveries?
    Most orders received by 2 pm (central time) Monday through Friday for in stock items will be will be shipped that day.  Orders received after 2 p.m. (central time), will be shipped the next business day. UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturday (some exceptions) or Sunday.
  4. What is your store's contact information?

  5. What is your store's contact hours?
    Our web department is available 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can order by phone 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday (all times are central).

    Our store is located at 635 S. Kansas Ave. in Topeka Kansas and everyone is welcome.

  8. What is your stores sales tax policy?
    Since we have only one store and it is in Kansas, we are required only to collect taxes for orders placed or shipped in Kansas.
  9. Are items insured in transit?
    Yes. All items are insured when shipped.
  10. Is your web order form secure?
    Yes. Our shopping cart service uses Secure Socket Layer encryption to protect vital customer information.
  11. What do you do with my contact information / e-mail?
    Customer information is used only by our store for occasional mailing. We never sell or rent our customer list. For more information, please see our Privacy Statement.
  12. What is your return or exchange policy?
    New products in like new condition with all packaging, instruction books and blank warranty forms can be returned for purchase price (less $8 or actual billed shipping) within 10 days. New defective products can be returned for exchange within 10 days. Used products may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days. Photofinishing may be returned for rework or credit within 10 days. Call 785-235-1386 for Return Authorization.     Yes. You can use order by fax or by mail.
  14. Do you accept and fulfill international orders?
    No. At this time, we only accept and ship orders in the United States.
